Welcome to my place!

My name's Pyriel!
I code, I make games, and I draw a lot. This site sums it all up– It's like a resume except it's digital and orange.

Drawings of Pyriel over the years. Since the day he discovered video games, he's been dreaming of making ones of his own. Since then, he's made a lot of progress and concretizes his ambitions further and further!

Who I am

I'm a 21 year-old game dev who studied programming for 5 years, currently concluding my IT Masters degree, specializing in image and 3D development too! When I was around 6, my brothers and I would play games on the family computer. Mario Forever, Platypus, Tux Racer... I loved these! And so, I wanted to make video games myself.
Initially making Scratch games in the school library, I now make levels and code gameplay elements for Mario Royale Legacy as a member of the Legacy Team.
Next step? Making a game in its own universe!

Simple drawings and screenshots, representing Pyriel's contribution within EuroAPI, as well as some of the projects he worked on at university, available on GitHub.

Previous works

β—†β€” I worked for 3 months as a software developer at EuroAPI, former subsidiary of pharmaceutical company Sanofi. My work mainly consisted in filtering, processing and inserting data in an interface which I developed. This tool is still used by their quality department! (For confidentiality reasons, I cannot disclose any further information.)β—†β€” In addition, I worked on several programs at university, including but not limited to 3D rendering, shading and animation. I'm progressively adding these on my GitHub page if you're interested!

Simple drawings and screenshots representing several mastered programming languages, along with a few screenshots of 3D rendering IT projects.

A compilation of artworks of Mario Royale Legacy.

Getting started: Mario Royale Legacy!

Not endorsed by Nintendo. Compilation of 2025/2026 promotional artworks, all by me!
This is a Super Mario browser fangame where you race against other players in classical levels from Super Mario Bros. worlds, worlds from other video game franchises, and even exclusive levels. Beyond a simple expansion of the original Mario Royale (2019) by InfernoPlus, it's become its own thing!
I made a fifth of the current official maps, all modes included. I also developed tiles, objects and other gameplay elements! (Several of these will be added to the game in a future major update.)

Thanks for passing by!

An illustration of an ocean, with an island and a hut in foreground, a second island in the distance and land on the horizon, all from right to left, lightened up by the Sun setting over the horizon at the lower center, barely over the water...

So what's next?

This above is only a concept art.I'm planning on making a video game with original characters and story.
Not a fangame this time.
(Though nothing wrong with fangames. The opposite, even!)
I'd like to say more, but I want to keep things secret so far. Just you wait!

Pyriel agressively waves at you. He seems excited to see you.
